Caroline has developed specific training programs for different areas of the game and can structure the class based on what ever position or positions the players are working on. The ground training program is a movement class focussing on the following: floor work exercises, standing exercises to work on basic alignment from upright and low centre of gravity stances, leg alignment in both parallel and external rotation of legs, balance and off balance exercises, eccentric muscular control techniques, muscular efficiency techniques, and traveling techniques
